Project Details:
St.Vincent was planning to gather all of its associates for a seminar about the patient experience — that is, how everything the patient sees, from the way they’re greeted to the care they get to how clean the waiting room is. Every single detail matters. St.Vincent needed an opening and a closing video for the meeting. Something to get people fired up for the session and then something to reiterate the points and send attendees out into the world ready to rock the patient experience.

Our idea was to start with the smallest part of the human body and to move out from there, showing the basis of life (also the basis of St.Vincent’s work) and the biggest big picture of life. We wanted to very clearly show that when you touch one person’s life, you’re touching a thousand more lives, so you want every “touch” to be positive. The video moves from cell division to body parts to patients in the hospital to the community and then out to the whole big wide world, sharing the entirety of the patient experience story.
