Because Larry Bird

When Larry Bird learned Indiana State would be erecting a statue of him on its campus, he was “sort of embarrassed,” according to The Indianapolis Star. But when we were asked to script five videos honoring Bird for the statue dedication dinner, we were thrilled.First of all, it gave us an opportunity to work with the wonderfully talented Matt Mays, who directed the videos. Second of all: Larry Bird. Enough said.

The audience in attendance at the November 8 dinner included sports luminaries, donors, and, of course, Larry Legend himself. Word is, the videos were well-received by all—even Larry. Watch them below.
