So far, it’s been one of those years at Well Done Marketing where change—and with it, growth—has been the only constant. The upshot? We keep finding new, talented people to help us keep up. Most recently, we’ve added Sean McCarthy to our ranks as an account executive. He comes to Well Done with a strong agency background, an IUPUI degree, and a strong aversion to anything resembling mediocrity.

I like to help people. When a client comes to us with a problem (marketing-related or not), I want to help find a solution.

What made you want to work at Well Done?

Well Done has a philosophy of doing the best work possible, and good work yields good results for clients. The focus on continual learning and creative freedom isn’t bad, either.

What advice would you give to someone who just graduated and wants to be in your shoes someday?

  • Find a passion
  • Never stop learning
  • Surround yourself with the smartest people possible
  • Wearing a size 10.5 shoe would probably help, too.

Alright. Now the good stuff. What’s your favorite drink?

I drink a lot of water…with lemon. But, if we’re talking alcoholic drinks, I’d say a gin and tonic…with lime.

Where are we most likely to find you on a Saturday night?

Honestly, you probably wouldn’t. I usually stay pretty low-key, so I’m likely hanging out with friends or family. If I’m feeling adventurous, I may try a new restaurant or go for a walk/bike ride on the Monon Trail.
