We want to want you

We’d like to think a job at Well Done Marketing is a pretty good gig. You get to work in Fountain Square; collaborate with a smart, passionate group of coffee, kombucha, and LaCroix junkies; talk bounce rates and Boba Fett references in the same breath; and do award-winning work for clients who want to make this world a better place.

If that sounds like your kind of thing, we might be your kind of agency. But before we get ahead of ourselves, a few questions. Are you:

  • The type of person who’s always thinking about the next great concept, killer headlines, and perfect kerning?
  • Never satisfied with your first good idea? Or your eleventh?
  • Willing to pitch (and fight for) work you believe in?
  • Ready to blow the socks off clients with creative so good they blush?
  • Hungry to evolve your craft so you can keep developing your chops?
  • Familiar with agency life—or what it takes to pull off integrated broadcast, digital, and print campaigns?

If you emphatically answered “yes” to all these questions…we might just need to need you. Let’s talk.
