In 2016, the Indiana State Museum and Historic Sites (ISMHS) launched a plan to raise more than $18 million to remake their core galleries, make significant improvements to historic sites around the state, and establish an endowment to help sustain the mission. They enlisted Well Done to help strategize the way they were engaging donors and members, and to produce materials that would appeal to them. Using our extensive background in marketing for development as a base, we created a full suite of brochures and presentations to tell the story of the changes ahead and get people excited about their vision. Over the course of the project, we helped ISMHS’s marketing and development staff re-envision their major donor, planned giving, and membership levels—and produced some great-looking, persuasive communications in the process.
